Due to its nearly 50-year company history, Sanamij has a large number of installed systems that are looked after by a comprehensive blanket service network of company technicians. Together with the installed equipment of the Belimed subsidiary located in Beneden-Leeuwen, this will produce the biggest installed base for cleaning and sterilization machines in the Netherlands.

Sanamij’s former customers will benefit in future from the merger of the two companies, particularly with regard to the broad product portfolio, the innovative strength and investment security that Belimed can guarantee as a system provider. Belimed as well as Sanamij customers will experience even better customer care due to the expanded customer service organisation. Service of all systems in the market, maintained by Belimed or Sanamij so far, will be continued.

Sanamij B.V. and Belimed B.V. will merge as soon as possible in Rotterdam under the management of the two present managing directors Janos Bajnóczi and Joop Doves, after a transition period of unaltered separate continuation of the two companies. The newly set up company will be a Belimed subsidiary concentrating on sales and marketing of all Belimed products and servicing the equipment of both companies. The marketing of third-party products that are in direct competition with Belimed products will not be continued. The Sanamij subsidiary in Hungary will also become a sales and service company of the Belimed group.
